“Hi, I’m Emily! I opened Tumble Jacks in 2021 and named it after my son, Jack, with a dream to make soft play something that you can enjoy, not just endure! Creating a happy atmosphere and great facilities, we try our best to give you great value for money. You will see me around the centre dressed as Elsa, serving customers, or chatting away to anyone who will listen!

This business is very much part of the family, with both myself and my mum working here. It has been the hardest thing I’ve ever done, I’ve laughed, cried, sang Happy Birthday A LOT, and served enough chicken nuggets to last a lifetime. I have learnt a lot of tough lessons here, but I get to listen to kids giggle, play, and have a ball every single day – who else gets to do that?

It’s been one hell of a journey; am I glad I did it? HELL YES! I’m proud of the woman who decided to take a leap of faith into the unknown (frozen reference!).
